JR Rewards is a free service to keep you up-to-date on the latest promotions and special deals for Joni’s Botox® Days. Join for free and we’ll keep track of your referrals, give you access to special coupons and specials, email you the lastest promotions monthly, and keep you updated on the latest advancements in Botox®, dermal fillers and skin care.

How to qualify for $6.00 per unit Botox® injections?

Refer 3 new patients in a given year and you receive Botox® at $9 per unit for up to one year.

Refer 6 new patients in a given year and you receive Botox® at $8 per unit for up to one year.

Refer 9 new patients in a given year and you receive Botox® at $7 per unit for up to one year.

Refer 12 new patients in a given year and you receive Botox® at $6 per unit for up to one year.

Restrictions apply. Not to be combined with any other offers. New patient referrals will need to inform our office that you referred them. In addition, all new patients are required to undergo an examination prior to offering services. Only when a new patient has passed the initial examination and our services have been recommended will they be eligible to count as a referral for the JR Rewards Botox special pricing. Injections will be done by Joni Roney, RN, MSN.
